RESOLVED (1/08, 5:50PM) – The recent issue affecting the Help Desk Phone System has been resolved. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

INVESTIGATING (1/08, 4:40PM) – The Help Desk phones are currently down.  We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and apologize for the inconvenience.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
