SCHEDULED – Web Help Desk System Upgrade: Saturday, 1/12: 8:00AM – 10:00PM

DETAILS OF WORK –  We will be performing an upgrade to the Web Help Desk application ( to version 12.5.1.  During this time, system access will not be available for viewing, creating, or managing Help Desk tickets.  After the upgrade, users will experience an updated system interface.  We will also streamline the request categories for the Information Technology Services area of the ticketing system.


REASON FOR WORK – This upgrade is necessary for compliance and security.
