RESOLVED (4/21, 9:40PM) – The issue affecting sending and receiving of Pace email for NYC end-users has been resolved. Our technicians replaced the failed hardware equipment and synchronized the affected email databases. All email delivery is functioning normally again.
UPDATE (4/21, 11:50AM) – Email delivery should be normalizing for Westchester users. However, there is still an issue with one of the email servers in NYC, which is continuing to delay and/or prevent email delivery for some users. Our technicians are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
INVESTIGATING (4/21, 10:55AM) – Some users are currently experiencing intermittent issues with sending and receiving Pace email. Emails are delayed or not being sent/received.
