RESOLVED – Ongoing E-Procurement Performance Issues

RESOLVED (12/3, 4:38 PM) – Finance Information Systems (FIS) has confirmed with the vendor that the intermittent performance issues identified on 12/1 have been resolved. System performance is back to normal.


UPDATE (12/1, 9:45 AM) – Finance Information Systems (FIS) continues to work with the vendor to resolve the intermittent performance issues identified yesterday.  Presently, system users may still experience system slowness and/or timeout and system errors.  As a workaround, our vendor is initiating corrective measures to help alleviate the issue.


INVESTIGATING (11/30, 3:06 PM) – E-Procurement is experiencing technical issues which is causing the system to operate at a slower capacity.  Finance Information Systems (FIS) is working with the vendor to resolve.  We will provide another update as soon as we have one.
