RESOLVED – Verizon Issue Affecting Access to Some Systems
RESOLVED (7/5, 10:15AM) – The issue with the Verizon circuit has been resolved and all connectivity and services are back online. Verizon technicians have made the necessary repairs to their circuit and the Pace networking team has restored all connections for all campuses. If anyone is still experiencing a system access issue, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 914-773-3333 or via email at pacehelpdesk@pace.edu.
UPDATE (7/3, 3:50PM) – The Network team has applied several internal solutions at multiple locations, which have restored internet connectivity (wired/wireless) on all campuses. Some applications at 15 Beekman and 33 Beekman are still experiencing accessibility issues. The Verizon circuit still requires physical repair and their technicians have been dispatched. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
UPDATE (7/3, 11:35AM) – Internet connectivity (wired/wireless) and access to systems has been restored on the Law School campus. Our technicians are continuing to work on restoring access to systems across all campuses. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
INVESTIGATING (7/3, 9:30AM) – We are experiencing a local issue with the Verizon network, which is affecting a number of Pace systems. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
