DETAILS OF WORK – ITS will be performing an upgrade to the network each night during the overnight hours between 12am-2am. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless) will be intermittent at 1 Pace Plaza on the New York City campus. The downtime will be minimal (15 – 20 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet (wired/wireless) connectivity. Special Note: Other NYC campus buildings are not affected by this work.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to network equipment.
