SCHEDULED – (Law School Campus) Wireless Network Maintenance: Wednesday, 7/6: 6:00PM – 11:00PM

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, wireless connectivity will be intermittent or unavailable (approximately 30 minutes for each building) on the Law School campus while maintenance work is being performed. Special Note: Education house and the Environmental house have already been completed and will not be impacted.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on equipment.

SCHEDULED – Banner and MyPace Portal Maintenance: Thursday, 6/30: 4:00PM – 11:59PM

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database and MyPace Portal will be unavailable due to necessary year-end closing procedures.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – The work is necessary to complete year-end closing procedures.

SCHEDULED – Server Maintenance: Thursday, 6/23: 10:00PM – 11:59PM

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

SCHEDULED – Banner Maintenance: Sunday, 6/5: 4:00AM – 10:00AM

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply PSU patches to Banner Databases.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying PSU patches to Banner Databases.
