DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – Applying Database patches to the PROD and DEGWP databases.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply upgrades to the Banner Applications.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying upgrades to the Banner Applications.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be intermittent or temporary interruption to the Qualtrics platform. Any scheduled survey and email distributions will be delayed, but will resume once work has been completed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Qualtrics system
REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be performing system maintenance.
DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
Server Maintenance: 8/21/24: 10:00PM – 11:59PM – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.
The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period. Some key systems affected will be Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and all Appserv applications.
Banner will not be affected by this maintenance.
