SCHEDULED – Banner Maintenance: Sunday, 6/27: 4:00AM – 10:00AM

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply upgrades to the Banner Applications.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying upgrades to the Banner Applications.

SCHEDULED – Server Maintenance: Thursday, 6/17: 10:00PM – 11:59PM

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply system patches.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying Banner/Ellucian patches.

SCHEDULED – Telephone System Maintenance: Tuesday, 5/25 and Wednesday, 5/26: (10:00PM – 4:00AM)

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will be performing a firmware upgrade to the telephone system. There will be a minimal (approximately 5 minutes) period of interruption in phone service affecting each of the campus locations listed below.

Tuesday, May 25th
• Transportation, Summit (Valhalla), 110 William Street: 10:00PM – 10:30PM
• 140 William Street, 156 William Street: 10:45PM – 11:15PM
• 163 William Street: 11:30PM – 11:59PM

Wednesday, May 26th
• 41 Park Row: 12:15AM – 12:45AM
• 33 Beekman Street, 52 Broadway, 182 Broadway: 1:00AM – 1:30AM
• Pace Law School: 1:00AM – 1:30AM
• 1 Pace Plaza: 2:00AM – 3:00AM
• Pleasantville Campus: 3:00AM – 4:00AM

REASON FOR WORK – Applying a new version of firmware to phone system.
