DETAILS OF WORK – The Transact System (formerly Blackboard Transaction System) will be unavailable while a database and software upgrade is performed. During this time, Pharos printing, OneCard usage (e.g. meal plan transactions and ID card production), S2 integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, and Bank mobile updates will be unavailable.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pharos printing, One Card, S2 Integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, Off-Campus Merchants and BankMobile updates

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing a necessary upgrade to the Transact System.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying patches to the Banner Servers and databases.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be brief interruptions to Internet (wired/wireless) at 99 Castleton Street while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless).

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the network.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Degree Works system will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Degree Works.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to the system.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – Performing test of the Banner Disaster Recovery process.
