DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing maintenance on the NYC campus network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), and all related network services will be intermittent or unavailable at 163 William Street and 33 Beekman Street on the New York City campus while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Remote Desktop Connection.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to migrate new network equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv.  Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying upgrades to the Banner Applications.
