SCHEDULED – (NYC Campus) Network Maintenance: Monday, 3/27: 10:00PM – 11:59PM

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing necessary network maintenance at the following New York City campus locations: 33 Beekman, 180 Broadway, 41 Park Row, 1 Pace Plaza (floors 5 and 6 only). During this time, wireless connectivity (PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST) at these locations will be intermittent or unavailable, while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on equipment.

SCHEDULED – Server Maintenance: Wednesday, 3/22: 10:00PM – 11:59PM

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

SCHEDULED – Banner Maintenance: Sunday, 3/12: 4:00AM – 10:00AM

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying upgrades and security patches to the Financial Aid and Student modules.
