REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform security work on servers.

SCHEDULED – Banner and MyPace Portal Maintenance: Sunday, 2/7: 4:00AM – 10:00AM

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database, MyPace Portal, and all third party products will be inaccessible while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.), MyPace Portal (portal.pace.edu), and Degree Works.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform system maintenance.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, Internet/Wireless connectivity will be unavailable at 52 Broadway while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet and Wireless Connectivity, including PACE-WIFI and PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform network maintenance.

SCHEDULED – Server Maintenance: Thursday, 1/21: 10:00PM – 11:59PM

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers
