DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, TeamDynamix will be updating the help desk technician user interface (TDNext) to version 12.0. After the upgrade, technicians will notice a new look and feel, improved navigation with reduced pop-ups, and an improved dashboards system.

SERVICES AFFECTED – The upgrade applies to the TeamDynamix help desk technician (TDNext) user interface only. Users who submit tickets via the front-end client portal (TDClient) at helpdesk.pace.edu will not notice any change after the upgrade. However, any of the TeamDynamix environments (e.g., TDAdmin, TDNext, or TDClient), may be periodically unavailable during the scheduled downtime, while the upgrade is completed.

REASON FOR WORK – TeamDynamix will be performing a necessary upgrade to the TDNext user interface.
