RESOLVED – VPN Connection Issue

RESOLVED (4/13, 10:30PM) – The issue preventing connection to the Pace network from off-campus via the Virtual Private Network (VPN) has been resolved.  The cause was a temporary disruption with the user validation process, but Pace users should be able to connect normally now.


INVESTIGATING (4/13, 9:30PM) – There is currently an issue preventing connection to the Pace network from off-campus via the Virtual Private Network (VPN).  Our technicians are investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
