RESOLVED – (WP Campus) External Inbound Calls Issue

RESOLVED (6/15, 6:00PM) – The issue affecting inbound phone calls from external callers to a group of numbers on the White Plains campus has been resolved.

UPDATE (6/15, 10:45AM) – ITS technicians are continuing to troubleshoot the issue affecting inbound phone calls from external callers to a group of numbers on the White Plains campus with the vendor. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

INVESTIGATING (6/14, 9:40AM) – We are currently experiencing an issue with inbound phone calls from external callers to a group of numbers on the White Plains campus. Internal 5-digit dialing and outbound calls are working at this time. We are aware and working with our vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
