DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, all Cisco IP phones will experience a minimum of two short interruptions (approximately 3 minutes) between 10pm and 2am on all campuses while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Cisco IP Telephone System.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to Call Manager software.
