RESOLVED – (NYC Campus – 140 Williams Street and 161 Williams Street) Internet/Network Issue

RESOLVED (8/6, 3:30PM) – The Internet/network connectivity issue that caused intermittent service disruptions at 140 William Street and 161 William Street on the New York City Campus has been resolved. The local power company has completed repairs to their fiber network, and all connectivity and related services have been restored. All systems and services are back online and performing normally.


UPDATE (8/5, 10:45 AM) – Our local power company is actively addressing a fiber cut that may cause intermittent service disruptions at 140 William Street and 161 William Street on the New York City Campus. Their engineering team is currently troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs. INVESTIGATING (8/4, 4:50PM) – We are currently experiencing a Crown Castle service outage affecting 140 William Street and 161 William Street on the NYC campus.
