RESOLVED – Microsoft Azure Outage Impacting Dynamic Forms (NextGen)
RESOLVED (10/30, 9:15AM) – The Microsoft Azure outage from yesterday, which affected Dynamic Forms (NextGen), has been resolved. All NextGen forms are accessible and working normally.
INVESTIGATING (10/29, 1:35PM) – There is currently a widespread Microsoft Azure outage that is affecting Dynamic Forms (NextGen). The Next Gen service provider is engaging with Microsoft to address this issue. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
