RESOLVED – PACE-WIFI Partial Wireless Connectivity Issue

RESOLVED (11/12, 4:50PM) – The partial wireless connectivity issue, which affected several users earlier today, has been resolved. The networking team has been monitoring performance and devices are connecting to PACE-WIFI normally across all campuses.


MONITORING (11/12, 2:10PM) – The partial wireless connectivity issue, which affected several users earlier today, has been stabilized. Devices are connecting to PACE-WIFI normally across all campuses. The networking team will continue to monitor performance closely, but at this time no further impact is expected. If anyone is still experiencing a connectivity issue, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (914) 773-3333 for further assistance. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.


INVESTIGATING (11/12, 10:10AM) – We are currently investigating a partial wireless connectivity issue affecting a number of users on PACE-WIFI. Most devices are connecting normally. However, users who are having trouble connecting should try the following steps:

1. Forget or remove the PACE-WIFI network from your device settings.
2. Reconnect to the PACE-WIFI network so that updated settings can be applied.
3. If steps 1 and 2 do not work, try restarting your device.
