RESOLVED – External Inbound Calls Issue

RESOLVED (2/4, 9:40AM) – Our vendor reported this issue was resolved on Saturday as of 11am. ITS technicians performed additional testing over the weekend and this morning and have confirmed this issue has been resolved.

INVESTIGATING (2/1, 10:30AM) – We are currently experiencing an issue with inbound phone calls from external callers, which is affecting 140 William Street on the NYC campus. We are aware and working with our vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
