DETAILS OF WORK – During this timeframe, the server load balancer will need to be updated and restarted. Affected applications and services may experience a brief disruption while the reboot is completed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Single Sign-On Systems, such as Pace Portal, Brightspace/Classes, Zoom, Banner Self-Service, Banner Admin Pages, Appsrv Applications, Aspnetweb (PRU/ADAM, MIISWorkflow), Pace Directory, and Skype for Business.

REASON FOR WORK – The work is necessary to resolve an issue with our load balancer.
