RESOLVED – (NYC – 182 Broadway) PACE-GUEST Wireless Issue

RESOLVED (11/14, 11:55AM) – The PACE-GUEST Wireless issue affecting 182 Broadway has been resolved. Verizon technicians replaced a faulty hardware component and all services have been restored. Devices on the PACE-GUEST network are once again connecting normally.


INVESTIGATING (11/13, 10:10PM) – 182 Broadway is currently experiencing a disruption to the PACE-GUEST Wireless network due to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) outage. Devices on the PACE-GUEST network may not be able to connect. Some Pace Security services are also affected. Our ISP has been notified and will dispatch technicians to investigate as soon as possible. Users connected to PACE-WIFI Wireless should not be affected. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
