SCHEDULED – Banner Maintenance: Sunday, 8/4: 4:00AM – 10:00AM

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Financial Aid upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Financial Aid upgrades and applying patches.

RESOLVED – Chrome River Access Issue

RESOLVED (6/13, 2:10PM) – The issue affecting access to the Chrome River application has been resolved. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


INVESTIGATING (6/13, 12:30PM) –  There is an issue affecting access to the Chrome River application.  Chrome River is investigating the cause and working to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

CANCELLED – Server Maintenance: Thursday, 5/23: 10:00PM – 11:59PM

[CANCELLED]: The Server Maintenance work scheduled for Thursday May 23rd has been cancelled.


DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers

DETAILS OF WORK – The ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu) will be unavailable during this time while the vendor applies an update to the system.

SERVICES AFFECTED – ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu)

REASON FOR WORK – Vendor is performing a software update.
