RESOLVED – Network/Internet Issue

RESOLVED (1/26, 1:00AM) – Network/Internet (Wired/Wireless) access and telephone service at 163 William Street was restored by Verizon as of 1:00am.  The outage was caused by an issue affecting Verizon’s network, but all services are operating normally again. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


INVESTIGATING (1/25, 5:00PM) – There is currently no Internet service (Wired/Wireless) and telephones at 163 William Street on the NYC campus.  ITS technicians are working with our vendor, Verizon, towards a resolution.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
