RESOLVED – Networking Issue Affecting Various Systems

RESOLVED (02/07, 5:30PM) – We have been monitoring all systems since this afternoon and they are back online and working normally. Email delivery to mobile devices is also working without delays. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


INVESTIGATING (02/07, 3:50AM) – There was a temporary network outage around 3pm, which lasted for several minutes. As a result, this affected other services such as Wireless connectivity, VPN, Cisco telephones, and email delivery. The network issue has been resolved and systems are reconnecting, but there may still be some residual delays with certain services coming back online. Currently, email delivery to mobile devices is delayed. We are monitoring all systems and will provide another update soon. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
