RESOLVED (10/5, 3:45PM) – Mozilla has released update 81.0.1 for the Firefox browser, which has resolved the issue of courses not displaying in Blackboard Learn (https://blackboard.pace.edu) for users of this particular browser. MONITORING (9/29, 1:15PM) – Blackboard technicians have concluded that the course access issue is affecting Mozilla Firefox end-users who updated to version 81. Their current workaround is for users to try a different version of Firefox to confirm whether the issue is still present, or try a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari. Affected users can also try scrolling down past the list of courses to see if they reappear, since this has been reported to work for others. In addition to trying different browsers, affected users can also try scrolling down past the list of courses to see if they reappear. Other users are reporting that doing this worked for them.
