RESOLVED – Pace Email and Various Systems; Intermittent Access Issue

RESOLVED (10/27, 11:30AM) – Yesterday’s issue affecting access to Pace email and various other applications has been resolved.  Our technicians have been monitoring system performance since yesterday afternoon and all services have been operating at normal levels.


MONITORING (10/26, 2:30PM) – The issue affecting access to various systems and sites has been rectified and all services are back online.  There may be some residual email delivery from earlier in the day, which is still being processed.  We will continue to monitor all systems.


INVESTIGATING (10/26, 12:35PM) – The intermittent access issue is affecting various systems and sites.  Our technicians are investigating and working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.


INVESTIGATING (10/26, 11:25AM) – We are currently experiencing intermittent issues accessing email. Our technicians are investigating the issue and working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
