RESOLVED – Partial Email Delivery Issue

RESOLVED (4/4, 9:25AM) – Over the weekend, there was an issue with email delivery being delayed for some users.  This specifically impacted emails being sent between accounts in the legacy Exchange system and the new Exchange Online (Office 365) system.  Affected end-users may have received messages saying that “Delivery is delayed to these recipients or groups”.  Our technicians have identified the cause and resolved the issue.  All delayed/queued emails have been delivered, or are in the process of being delivered.  If anyone is still experiencing any related issues, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 914-773-3333, or
