DETAILS OF WORK – There will be a brief disruption (under 5 minutes for each server) while we restart the Employee Self Service application. Any end-users who are logged in during the restart period will be logged off, but can just log back in to the application.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Employee Self Service Application. Special Note: Other Portal/Banner areas will not be affected by this work.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing a necessary server restart.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this timeframe, the SAS Production Applications will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – SAS Production Applications. Special Note: Direct access to SAS Reportal will be unavailable, but can be access via Pace Portal.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying an upgrade to the SAS Applications.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch the Banner Database and Servers.
