SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Student Self Service Application.  Special Note: Other Portal/Banner areas will not be affected by this work.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the application.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, the Cisco administrative IP phones will experience minimal interruptions (approximately 5 minutes each) as they download new firmware and reboot at the specified locations listed below

REASON FOR WORK – Applying a new version of firmware to phone system.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.
