DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, the Cisco administrative IP phones will experience minimal interruptions (approximately 5 minutes each) as they download new firmware and reboot at the specified locations listed below

REASON FOR WORK – Applying a new version of firmware to phone system.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – Wireless connectivity on all New York City campuses will be intermittent or unavailable while maintenance work is being performed. The downtime will be minimal (30 – 45 minutes) during this period.
