DETAILS OF WORK – During this timeframe, the SAS Production Applications will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.
SERVICES AFFECTED – SAS Production Applications. Special Note: Direct access to SAS Reportal will be unavailable, but can be access via Pace Portal.
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying an upgrade to the SAS Applications.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch the Banner Database and Servers.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – Applying patches to Banner Database and Servers.
DETAILS OF WORK – Our local and long distance service provider will be performing maintenance work. During this time, there will be brief interruptions (approximately 30 minutes) in phone service affecting the Valhalla campus.
