DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will be performing a firmware upgrade to the telephone system. There will be two brief (approximately 3 minutes) periods of interruption in phone service affecting each of the campus locations listed below.

UPGRADE SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS:

Thursday, January 19th
• Summit (Valhalla): 9:00PM
• 161 William Street, Transportation: 10:00PM
 • 140 William Street, 87 Nassau, 52 Broadway: 11:00PM

Friday, January 20th
 • 182 Broadway and 33 Beekman: 12AM
 • 41 Park Row: 1:00AM
 • Pace Law School: 1:00AM
 • 1 Pace Plaza: 2:00AM
 • Pleasantville Campus: 3:00AM

SERVICES AFFECTED – Telephone System

REASON FOR WORK – Applying a firmware upgrade to phone system.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing necessary wireless network maintenance on the Pleasantville campus. During this time, wireless connectivity will be intermittent or unavailable. Wired internet access will not be affected.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the wireless equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply upgrades to the Banner Applications.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying upgrades to the Banner Applications.
