DETAILS OF WORK – ITS will be performing maintenance to the network between 9:00pm-11:00pm, with a number of buildings being affected on the Pleasantville campus. During this time, there will be brief interruptions to Internet (wired/wireless) at the Administrative Building, Alumni Hall, Dyson Hall, Elm Hall, Gannet, Goldstein Academic Center, Kessel Student Center, Lienhard Hall, and Willcox Hall while maintenance work is being performed. The downtime will be minimal (15 minutes per floor/Building) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless).

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform a firmware upgrade to the network.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be brief interruptions to Internet (wired/wireless) at the White Plains Law School campus while work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED –Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless)

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the network.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, listserv service will be unavailable while the vendor migrates our current listserv to a new listserv. After migration is completed, all mail sent to the listservs during this downtime will be delivered as soon as the system is back up.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listservs.

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be migrating our current listserv to a new one.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply Oracle PSU patches to the PROD and DEGWP databases.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – Applying Oracle PSU patches to the PROD and DEGWP databases.
