DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

[CANCELLED]: The Banner Maintenance work scheduled for Sunday, January 30th has been cancelled.


DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades to Account Receivable and Finance.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing necessary network maintenance.  During this time, there will be brief interruptions (approximately 10 minutes) to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, and related network services on the 5th and 6th floors at 140 William Street while work is being performed. Special Note: Other building floors will not be affected by this work.

SERVICES AFFECTED –Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, VPN, and Remote Desktop Connection.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on equipment.
