REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying a patch for the system integration with Banner.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we apply database patches.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying OS Database Server patches
DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing maintenance on the NYC campus network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, and related network services will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption on the NYC campus while maintenance work is being performed.
