DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
DETAILS OF WORK – The AMPROD (Appworx) Production Database and Client will be unavailable while we apply an upgrade to the system. There will be no jobs run or client access until after the upgrade.
SERVICES AFFECTED – AMPROD (Appworx) Production Database and Client.
REASON FOR WORK – We will be upgrading the AMPROD (Appworx) Production Database and Clent to version 9.3.4.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch the Banner Servers.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be patching the Banner servers.
DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing necessary network maintenance. During this time, there will be brief interruptions (approximately 3 minutes) to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, and related network services while work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, VPN, and Remote Desktop Connection.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform emergency maintenance on the network.
