DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we patch Oracle databases.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)
REASON FOR WORK – We will be patching Oracle databases.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)
REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades to Financial Aid, Oracle client, and Java.
DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers
DETAILS OF WORK – Wireless connectivity on the Pleasantville campus will be intermittent or unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST, Eduroam
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to peform maintenance on equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – ITS will be performing an upgrade to the network each night during the overnight hours between 2am-4am. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless) will be intermittent while work is being performed at the specified locations.
