DETAILS OF WORK –  We will be performing an upgrade to the network.  During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, video conferencing and related network services will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption at 163 William Street on the New York City campus while maintenance is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED –  Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, and video conferencing.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to network equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers

DETAILS OF WORK – ITS will be performing an upgrade to the network each night during the overnight hours between 12am-5am. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless) will be intermittent on the Pleasantville campus. There will be a minimal (approximately 10 – 20 minutes) period of interruption affecting various buildings.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet (wired/wireless) connectivity.
