SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying Financial Aid upgrades to Banner.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there may be a brief interruption while we perform an update to the Office 365 sign-in page. The new sign-in page will include a Pace University logo and background image and the long login form currently found on the right side of the page will be simplified and moved to the center.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Office 365 Sign-In Page (portal.office.com)
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an update to Office 365 sign-in page.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, users signing in to any of the Office 365 applications (portal.office.com) will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Office 365 applications (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Office 365 desktop apps (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)). Special Note: Access to Exchange (email.pace.edu) and Skype for Business will not be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform an upgrade to Office 365.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Degree Works Production Database, Application, and the Web services will not be available while we perform maintenance.
