DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, wireless connectivity may experience a temporary interruption on the New York City campus while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-WIFI, PACE-GUEST.
REASON FOR WORK – This maintenance is necessary to reboot network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database and Degree Works will be unavailable while maintenance work is being performed.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.) and Degree Works.
REASON FOR WORK – We will be applying database patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will be performing a firmware upgrade to the telephone system. There will be a minimal (approximately 5 minutes) period of interruption in phone service affecting each of the campus locations listed below.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying a new version of firmware to phone system.
DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.
REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be intermittent outages affecting the Apps, Downloads, and Account Management (ADAM) site.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Adam.pace.edu.
REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing database maintenance.
