DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Financial Aid upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner INB and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as MyPace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.)

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Financial Aid upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to Qwickly Attendance Tool in Blackboard will be unavailable while maintenance is being performed. All Qwickly Attendance users will be affected, including Mobile users.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Blackboard Qwickly Attendance Tool. Special Note:  Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – The vendor will be performing maintenance.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be outages on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches.  The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal web pages, and all applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Blackboard will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – The ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu) will be intermittently unavailable during this time while the vendor applies an update to the system.

SERVICES AFFECTED – ePortfolio system (https://eportfolio.pace.edu)
