DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing firmware upgrades to the network on all campuses and buildings. During this time, access to various IT systems and services will be intermittent while work is being performed. Please see below for dates and locations for each campus.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pace email, Internet Access (Wired/Wireless), VPN, File Share, Skype for Business, and Administrative Telephones. Those using applications on Appsrv will also be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform minimum firmware requirements for new equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to Pharos printing system will be temporarily unavailable while upgrade is being performed. During this time, users will be unable to print, copy, and scan-to email on Pharos printers.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pharos

REASON FOR WORK – Vendor is applying an update to Pharos to version 9.1.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing an update to the PACE-GUEST Wireless network. During this time, access to create wireless guest accounts from the Sponsor Portal (https://sponsor.pace.edu) will not be available. Users with existing PACE-GUEST wireless accounts will still be able to connect to the PACE-GUEST network during this time.

SERVICES AFFECTED – PACE-GUEST, sponsor.pace.edu

REASON FOR WORK – This update is necessary to correct an issue with the equipment.

DETAILS OF WORK – Access to Turnitin will be unavailable while maintenance is being performed. All Turnitin users will be affected, including Mobile and Integrations.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Turnitin

REASON FOR WORK – Vendor is applying an update to Turnitin.
