RESOLVED (2/4, 9:40AM) – Our vendor reported this issue was resolved on Saturday as of 11am. ITS technicians performed additional testing over the weekend and this morning and have confirmed this issue has been resolved.

RESOLVED (1/30, 9:45AM) – Certain users are receiving a 503 error message when accessing links within their email messages. This issue is stemming from a performance degradation affecting the Microsoft ATP service, which monitors all incoming links embedded in emails. ITS technicians are aware and working with Microsoft towards a resolution. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

RESOLVED (1/26, 1:00AM) – Network/Internet (Wired/Wireless) access and telephone service at 163 William Street was restored by Verizon as of 1:00am.  The outage was caused by an issue affecting Verizon’s network, but all services are operating normally again.
