DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Finance Aid upgrades and apply patches.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).
REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades to Financial Aid and applying patches.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, external users may experience intermittent or unavailable services, such as Pace VPN, remote desktop connections, Office 365 email (Exchange Online) and access to server resources housed in the campus data center while maintenance is being performed. Special Note: Internal connections to servers will not be affected by this work.
SERVICES AFFECTED – Internet Access (Wired/Wireless), Pace VPN, remote desktop connections, Office 365 email (Exchange Online), and PLV Data Center Applications
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to replace network equipment.
DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be interruptions to wireless connectivity on the New York City Campus while maintenance is being performed.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be intermittent interruptions to internet connectivity (wired/wireless) while maintenance is performed at each of the locations below. Special Note: Other buildings/locations will not be affected.
