RESOLVED (1/15, 10:10AM) – The issue affecting access to the Web Help Desk (help.pace.edu) has been resolved and all services are operating normally.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

INVESTIGATING (1/15, 10:40AM) – There is an issue affecting access to the Web Help Desk (help.pace.edu).  We are aware and working to resolve it as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
