RESOLVED – (NYC – 140 William St.) Inbound Calls Issue

RESOLVED (5/23, 5:30PM) – The issue with inbound phone calls from external callers for 140 William Street on the NYC campus has been resolved.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


MONITORING (5/23, 12:30PM) – The issue with inbound phone calls from external callers, which is affecting 140 William Street on the NYC campus has been resolved by the vendor and calls are connecting normally.  We have completed several test calls this morning successfully and will continue to monitor the system.


INVESTIGATING (5/22, 5:00PM) – We are currently experiencing an issue with inbound phone calls from external callers, which is affecting 140 William Street on the NYC campus. We are aware and working with our vendor to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  Please note that inbound calls from within Pace campuses and outgoing calls from 140 William Street are not affected.  Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
