RESOLVED (8/24, 9:00PM) – ITS technicians have rebooted remaining systems and all services are now back online. If you still experience any access issues with a Pace system, please email the ITS Help Desk at email@example.com, or call 914-773-3333 during open hours (M-F, 9am – 5pm).
MONITORING (8/24, 4:35PM) – ITS technicians have identified and corrected the issue that caused the service interruption. Certain sites or systems, including the MyPace Portal, Web Help Desk, and the Law School Website are back online. Other services are gradually coming back online.
INVESTIGATING (8/24, 2:00PM) – We are currently experiencing an unplanned service interruption, which is affecting various Pace websites and systems. Our technicians are investigating the issue and working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
