RESOLVED (8/26, 12:00PM) – ITS technicians have replaced part of the core equipment to resolve the network/Internet connectivity issue on the Valhalla campus. As a result, connectivity at that location has been fully restored.
MONITORING (8/25, 10:10AM) – ITS technicians have identified and addressed an issue with core equipment on the Valhalla campus and have restored network/Internet connectivity. Service is stable, but they will continue to monitor the system.
INVESTIGATING (8/25, 9:20AM) – We are currently experiencing a network/Internet connectivity issue on the Valhalla campus. Our technicians are investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
