RESOLVED – Total Supplier Manager (TSM) Issue

RESOLVED (10/26, 9:30AM) – The issue impacting the Vendor Management System, Total Supplier Manager (TSM), which prevented approval of vendors in the payment portal, updates to remittance addresses and submitting of students and non-Pace employees into our system for reimbursement has been resolved. All business processing in TSM can resume.


INVESTIGATING (10/25, 12:30PM) – We are currently experiencing an issue with the Vendor Management System, Total Supplier Manager (TSM), which is preventing approval of vendors in the payment portal, updates to remittance addresses and submitting students and non-Pace employees into our system for reimbursement. Finance Information Systems (FIS) are aware and working with the vendor on a resolution. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
