DETAILS OF WORK – ITS will be performing an upgrade to the network over two days between 10:00pm-11:59pm, with a limited number of areas being affected. During this time, there will be brief interruptions (approximately 15-30 minutes) per floor to Internet (wired/wireless), administrative telephones, and related network services while work is being performed. • Vineyard and Costello House: Tuesday, 6/27
• Environmental Center and Paton House: Wednesday,6/28
SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Administrative Telephones, VPN, and Remote Desktop Connection at the listed locations. Special Note: Other PLV campus buildings are not affected by this work.
REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform a firmware upgrade to network equipment.
