RESOLVED – On-Premise Email.Pace.Edu Issue

RESOLVED (5/14, 11:10AM) – The issue causing email delivery to be delayed for some on-premise email users (https://email.pace.edu) was resolved yesterday afternoon. Technicians continued to monitor the system and email delivery has been working normally since then.


MONITORING (5/13, 3:50PM) – The issue causing email delivery to be delayed for some on-premise email users (https://email.pace.edu) appears to be resolved. Any queued up email is now being delivered to the intended recipients. Technicians will continue to monitor the system. As a reminder, this issue did not affect users on Exchange Online (Email 365).


INVESTIGATING (5/13, 1:20PM) – Some on-premise email users (https://email.pace.edu) are currently experiencing delayed email delivery. Our technicians are investigating the issue and working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Please note that most user accounts are not affected by this since they are using Exchange Online (Email 365). We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
