DETAILS OF WORK – Qualtrics is migrating the dashboards, results reports, and printed reports layout database to a cloud-managed database. During the migration, editors will not be able to create, modify, or delete dashboards, results reports, or printed reports. They will only be able to view them.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Qualtrics access to create, modify, or delete dashboards and reports. Special Note: Surveys will not be affected in any way.

REASON FOR WORK – Migrating components to a cloud-managed database.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, we will be performing a firmware upgrade to the telephone system. There will be a minimal (approximately 5 minutes) period of interruption in phone service affecting each of the campus locations listed below.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Telephone System

REASON FOR WORK – Applying a new version of firmware to phone system.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be brief interruptions to Internet (wired/wireless) at parts of the Preston Hall basement level and Townhouses while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED –Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless).

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform maintenance on the network.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform maintenance.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – Applying Database patches to the PROD and DEGWP databases.
