DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Applications will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Financial Aid upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner Financial Aid upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing maintenance on the network equipment in the data center. During this time, access to certain IT systems and services from on-campus and off-campus will be intermittent or unavailable while work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Certain systems such as Appsrv applications, internal email (email.pace.edu only), Skype for Business, and administrative phone service in NYC may be affected. Special Note: Exchange Online (email365.pace.edu) and Portal/Banner will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform network equipment maintenance.
