DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database will be unavailable while we perform Finance Aid upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service)) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades to Financial Aid and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – We will be performing maintenance on the NYC campus network. During this time, access to Internet (wired/wireless), and related network services will experience an intermittent or temporary interruption on the New York City campus while maintenance work is being performed.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless), Remote Desktop Connection, File Share, and Skype for Business.

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to relocate equipment.
