DETAILS OF WORK – The Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) will be unavailable while we perform Banner upgrades and apply patches.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Banner Production Database (Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service) and all related third party products (such as Pace Portal, TouchNet, Appworx, PayPal, E-Procurement, etc.).

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing Banner upgrades and applying patches.

DETAILS OF WORK – The Transact System (formerly Blackboard Transaction System) will be unavailable while a database and software upgrade is performed. During this time, Pharos printing, OneCard usage (e.g. meal plan transactions and ID card production), S2 integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, and Bank mobile updates will be unavailable.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Pharos printing, One Card, S2 Integration, Sam Portal, ID Works, Off-Campus Merchants and BankMobile updates

REASON FOR WORK – We will be performing a necessary upgrade to the Transact System.

DETAILS OF WORK – There will be brief disruptions on all University-wide systems as we apply critical system patches. The downtime on each server will be minimal (15 minutes) during this period.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Listserv, Portal, Web File Storage, Personal Web Pages, and applications on Appsrv. Special Note: Banner and Classes LMS will not be affected.

REASON FOR WORK – Applying security patches to all servers.

DETAILS OF WORK – During this time, there will be brief interruptions (approximately 15 minutes) per floor to internet connectivity (wired and wireless) at 180 Broadway, 15 Beekman and 33 Beekman, while maintenance work is being performed. Special Note: Other buildings/locations will not be affected by this work.

SERVICES AFFECTED – Network/Internet Access (wired/wireless).

REASON FOR WORK – This work is necessary to perform a network maintenance upgrade.
